文献采访决策属于风险型决策,掌握相关信息是正确决策的基础和条件。这些信息包括出版发行、用户需求、馆藏文献、馆际协作、政策法规、决策反馈等六个方面。
The decision-making in purchase books and information resources of the library belongs to the risk policy-making. Therefore, mastering the policy is the basis and pre-conditions, such as, publishing and distribution, the needs of library users, book-collection of the library, inter-library cooperation, policy and law, feedback of information from the users.
