摘要
教师教育信念是教师在其人生信念的指导下通过对其在教育教学交互作用中的行为的反思批判、建构并被始终坚信、敬奉和践行的个性化的实践知识体系。以人为本,构建教师的教育信念,对教师专业化发展具有十分重要的意义。
The belief of teacher education is an individualistic system of practical knowledge in which a teacher reflect on, construct, and constantly believe, consecrate and practice the behaviors in his or her interactive roles in education and teaching under the guidance of his or her creed in life. Through humanistic approach, the educational creed of a teacher is to be constructed, which is of great significance for the specializations of teachers.
