摘要
目的探讨引起胎心早搏的原因及临床意义。方法将孕周为37￣42w的60例胎心早搏心电图进行分析,寻找引起胎心早搏的临床原因并追踪观察其临床意义。结果最多见的临床原因有脐带缠绕占43.3%,羊水污染占20%,胎儿窘迫占10%,病毒感染占6.7%,经对症处理后,复查及追踪至产后新生儿心电图观察,仍有6.7%存在早搏。结论胎心早搏的主要原因为脐带缠绕及羊水污染,由于宫内缺氧而导致胎心早搏;绝大部分胎心早搏是功能性的,持续频发的胎心早搏是终止妊娠的重要依据之一。
Objective To study the causes which lead to premature beats of fetus and its clinical significance. Methods By analyzing the electrocardiograms of 60 cases of premature beats of futus between 37-42w of gestation age try to find its clinical causes and observe its clinical significance. Results Most of the clinical causes were umbilical cord-wrapping （43.3%）,amniotic fluid-pollution （20%）, fetal distress （10%）,virus infection （6.7%）,after effectivet treatment, and follow up the electrocardiograms of neonate,premature beats could still be found among 6.7% of them. Conclusion premature eonstraction of fetus is mainly caused by umbilical cord-wrapping and amniotic fluid-pollution ,owing to the oxygen-deficiency in uterus; Most of them are functional,continuous and frequent premature constraction is one of important factors to terminate pregnancy.
