摘要
目的探讨大承气汤与善宁联合应用治疗重症胰腺炎的疗效。方法治疗组23例联合应用大承气汤,观察患者血液流变学、酶学指标以及临床疗效,与对照组25例比较。结果治疗组的血液循环指标明显改善,住院时间缩短,及酶学指标较对照组好(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论生长抑素联合大承气汤治疗重症胰腺炎,能有效提高重症胰腺炎的疗效。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of somatostatin combined with Da - chen- qi tang for severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods The indes of blood rheology and zymology and the clinical curative effect were observed in the treatment group （ n =23, treated with .,somatostatin and Da- chen-qi tang）, and the result were compared with the control group （ n = 25, treated with somatostatin only ）. Results The indes of blood theology and zyrnology of the treatment group were improved obviously （ P〈0. 05） and the time staying in ward shortened significantly （P〈0.01） compared with the con trol group. Conclusions Somatostatin combined with Da chen - qi tang can improve effectively the curative effects of severe acute pancreatis.
