摘要
目的探讨降低心脏瓣膜替换术后的早期病死率方法。方法回顾分析66例心脏瓣膜替换术病人的术前准备、手术方法、术中心肌保护、术后处理情况,总结经验教训。结果全组无术后早期死亡及严重并发症。结论术前充分准备,术中以冷血停跳液灌注,注意扩血管药物的应用,保持较高的血钾浓度,同时注意三尖瓣病变的处理可以降低术后早期病死率。
Objective To investigate the measures to reduce the early rate of death after heart valve replacement. Methods The clinical data of 66 cases with heart valve replacement, such as the preparing of operation, the methods of operation, myocardial protection and postoperative management, were summarized and analyzed retrospectively. Results There was no early postoperative death and severe complication in all these cases. Conclusions The careful prcoperative preparation, the coronary arteries perfusion with cold blood, the vasodtilator administer, the high level maintaining of serum potassium and the perform of tricuspid valve annuloplasty can reduce effectively the early postoperative rate of death.
