摘要
承钢炼钢转炉生产中,产生有大量烟尘,经除尘系统处理回收的含铁污泥,其主要成分为:TFe、FeO、CaO等。为了有效利用含铁污泥和降低承钢的生产成本,减少污泥占地对生态环境的二次污染,从而创造社会、经济和环境的综合效益,我们有必要采取一定的技术措施,使含铁污泥重新作为冶炼原料,回用于二次生产,实现达高产和挖潜增效的目的。
Large amounts of smoke dusts are produced during the smelting of converters in Chengde Steel, These dusts are recovered with dust extraction system and processed into iron - bearing sludge, Main components of sludge are Tfe, FeO and CaO. In order to reduce production costs and secondary environmental pollution, Chengde Steel should take some measures for reusing sludge as smelting materials.
