摘要
设立异地仓库并根据盟主企业的生产规律进行生产、配送和库存的整体优化,是供应商准时向盟主企业供货的关键。本文针对盟主企业需求连续稳定、供应商采用二级分布式仓库的典型情况,以准时供货、总成本最低为目标,对供应商分布式库存和生产策略进行了优化,建立以订货周期为参数的异地库存优化模型和以生产周期为参数的本地库存优化模型,详细讨论了优化模型的求解算法,最后给出了应用算例。
The establishing a warehouse in core firm and carrying out production, distribution and whole optimization according to the producing rule of the core firm is of vital importance for the vendors supply goods timely. On this condition: continuous and stable needs of the core firm and two-stage distributed warehouse of suppliers, aiming at the timely supply and the lowest total cost, this paper establish a model to optimize the stock and produce strategy. Finally we give an application of this model.
