摘要
采用GC/MS方法对采自腾格里沙漠南缘的百花蒿新鲜花的精油进行了分析,共鉴定出55个组分,并测定了它们的百分含量。其化学组成大多为酯类和萜类,其中主组分是β-月桂烯和匙叶桉油烯醇。将其精油与蒿属不同种植物的精油作了比较,这为把百花蒿从蒿属中分离出来提供了化学分类依据。同时探讨了其药用价值。
components in the essential oil of fresh flowers of Stilpnolepis centiflora(Maxim.) Krasch collected from south edge of Tenggeli desert were identified,and their content were determined by GC-MS technique.They are mostly composed of esters and terpenoids and β-myrene and spathulenol are their dominant components.Data for isolation of Stilpnolepis Centiflora(Maxim.) Krasch from Artemisia Linn were obtained by comparision of this essential oil with those from Artemisia species.The medical value of this essential oil is discussed.
