摘要
教师培训是提高教师队伍素质的重要途径,是教师的权利,是办学者的义务。针对目前教师培训实施中存在的有关培训内容等方面问题,文中提出了几点思考和建议。
The training is an important way to improve the quality of teachers and it is both the rights of teachers and the duties of the authority. The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to fulfill the training program.
