摘要
本文在总结、整理齿轮专家和某些齿轮工作者的剃齿加工经验及研究成果的基础上,将人工智能技术用于齿轮加工,研制成剃齿制造专家系统,用以指导进行低噪声齿轮的剃削加工。系统给出了四种防止剃齿中凹的方法,用户可根据不同的生产条件进行选择,对每种方法的应用,系统软件都给予了指导。
The author has worked out an expert system-shaving operation unit based on summarizing the experience and research of gear experts and technicians.It can heep workers to shave low noise gears.There are four methods for preventing tooth-profile-concave errors in this sy- stem.Users can select from these methods according to their produc- tion condition.There is instruction for applying each method in the expert system.
