摘要
建立地板辐射采暖稳态传热数学模型,引入一个传热因子来考虑加热管对地板的传热。先求解出加热管到地面的传热热阻,然后根据房间热负荷求出地板表面温度和回水温度,在12个工况下将地板表面温度和回水温度计算值与实验值进行比较,发现地板表面温度的误差在10%以内,表明模型合理,并给出地板表面温度计算的通用公式。
It has established heat transfer steady mathematical model of the floor radiation heating, by introducing a conductive factor consider the heat transfer of the heat pipe to the floor, solving the transfer thermal resistance from heater pipe first to the ground, then extracting the floor panel temperature and the back water temperature according to the room hot load. The predicted results are compared with the experimental ones of the floor surface temperature and the back water temperature under 12 different work conditions,with the floor surface the temperature error in 10 %, indicating the model is reasonable. The floor surface temperature computation is provided with general formula.
