摘要
依据1/4波长对拉丝用超声波换能器进行设计。为方便换能器的固定和拉丝模具的安装,前后两端增加等截面部分。利用ANSYS软件对换能器进行振动模式、振动频率及变幅杆参数的综合协调。通过分析换能器的模态振动形式,最后确定设计尺寸。
An energy conversion device with a quarter of a wavelength is used to design the ultrasonic wire-drawing energy conversion device. In order to fix and assemble wire-drawing mould, the same section is added in back and forth end. The vibration mode, vibration frequency and transducer parameter of energy conversion device are assorted with ANSYS software. The final designing dimention is decided through vibration mode analysis.
