摘要
在义乌市农村社区建设规划编制工作中出现了规划委托方定义不准确,空间形态的整合存在不确定性,群众参与力度和规划解释力度不够等问题,应选取几个典型社区进行试点,加强社区规划建设的宣传工作,采取“政府调控、市场运作”的开发模式。
There exist withthe work of construction establishment for rural communities in Yiwu such problems as inaccurate definition of the planning entrusting party,uncertainty in conformity of spatial configuration,lack of public participation and enough explanation of the planning,etc.lt ls necessary to select a few typical communities as experimental units.strengthen efforts in publicity for community construction planning and adopt the development pattern of ＂governmental regulation and market operation＂.
