摘要
土地生态规划是一门新的发展中学科。本文在探讨城市土地生态规划内涵、层次及基本原则的基础上，提出了城市土地生态评价的指标体系，以及城市土地生态分区的基本依据，并以杭州市为例，对城市土地生态规划及设计进行了实证研究。
Land eco－planning is one of the newly developing subjects．Based on the ditseussion of the connotation，the levels and the basic principles of urban land eco-planning，this article puts forward a target system of urban land ecologi-cal assessment and baslc evidence of urban land ecological district division. In addition，citing Hangzhou city as an exam-ple，the article practically and concretely studies urban land eco-planning and design.
