摘要
目前江苏乡镇企业造成的环境污染日益严重。本文从产业结构、行业结构、技术结构、环境管理、环保投入水平等九个方面分析了乡镇工业严峻形势形成的根源。指出，迫切需要把乡镇企业环境管理作为全省的一个环保战略重点，并采取有效措施，保护乡镇生态环境。
The pollution of environment caused by the development of the small scale industries inJiangsu province is becoming severe recently. The factors resuIting in the pollution were analysed fromindustrial and technological structure，environment management and the investment for environmentprotection. It is proposed that the environment management of small scale industry should be urgentlyas a focal point of the work of environmental protection in the whole province，and that the effectivemeasures should be taken to protect environment of townships.
