摘要
目的:促进中国原创护理理论的创建。方法:通过网络数据库和手工检索方法,查阅1994年1月至2004年12月中国内地、香港、澳门和台湾的8种护理期刊,统计护理理论的文章并进行分析。结果:内地4种护理期刊、香港和澳门各1种护理期刊、台湾2种护理期刊刊发的护理理论文章占全部文章的百分率分别为0.00207%、0.01377%、0%和0.01720%。结论:西方护理理论在中国应用的效果不理想。建议:①尽快发展和创建体现中华民族文化内涵的护理理论;②原创中国护理理论必须适应护理学科发展和中华民族文化特点。
Objective： To prompt Chinese nurses to develop original nursing theory in China. Method： Through Internet and Journals, eight main Journals in Mainland, Hong Koog, Macao and Taiwan from .innanry 1994 to December 2004 were reviewed. Result： The percentage of articles on nursing theory is very low compared with other topics. Suggestions： ① Developing Chinese nursing theory which reflects Chinese background.②Chinese original nursing theory should be based on nursing specialty and Chinese culture.
