摘要
以共沉淀方法制备了杂多酸盐催化剂CsyP1.33-kMo12SblCumVnAskOx.利用IR及SEM研究了催化剂的结构,DSC研究了催化剂的稳定性,ESR研究了催化剂的氧化还原性,及NH3-TPD研究了催化剂的酸性.同时考察了催化剂对异丁醛一步氧化制甲基丙烯酸的催化性能,并与催化剂的氧化还原性进行了关联.发现Cs1.5P1.13Mo12Sb0.25Cu0.25V0.25As0.20Ox催化剂使异丁醛氧化的目的产物甲基丙烯酸收率最高,达70.1%.
Molybdophosphoric acid with Keggin structure is an effective catalyst for oxidative reactions. As the central atom, coordinated atom and equilibrium ion in molybdophosphoric acid are displaced in a suitable manner, it exhibits increasing catalytic activity although the structure of the anion keeps unchanged. In this paper, the Cs y P 1.33- k Mo 12 Sb l Cu m V n As k O x catalysts were synthesized by a co precipitation method. The structure of the catalysts was characterized by means of XRD, IR and SEM. The thermal stability of the catalysts was characterized by DSC. The redox property of the catalysts was systematically characterized by ESR. The acidity of the catalysts was characterized by NH 3 TPD. The catalytic performance over the Cs y P 1.33- k Mo 12 Sb l Cu m V n As k O x catalysts for one step oxidation of isobutyraldehyde to produce methacrylic acid was measured too. The relation between the redox property and catalytic performance was discussed. The experimental results indicated that the Cs 1.5 P 1.13 Mo 12 Sb 0.25 Cu 0.25 V 0.25 As 0.20 O x catalyst is a good catalyst for the mentioned reaction (the yield of methacrylic acid is 70 1%).
