摘要
本文利用XPS研究了CuTsPc-LB复合膜的表面组成,并对处于不同化学环境的各组成元素进行了归属,发现其原子比率与CuTsPc分子理论值相符.角分辨XPS的研究表明,在LB复合膜中CuTsPc二聚体之间酞菁环平面平行排列且有位锗,层间铜原子具有与酞菁环平面法线成10°夹角的串行结构.
In this paper,the element content and structure of CuTsPc-LB multilayer films were studied by XPS. The results showed that the atomic ratio of CuTsPc-LB multilayer films is in agreement with the componnent of its molecular structure. The data measured from angle resolution XPS proved that there is a displacement between the CuTsPc conjugated ring planes,so the arrangement of Cu series is along an angle of 10° to the vertical direction of the ring plane.
