摘要
目的:探讨中晚期妊娠急性阑尾炎临床指导价值。方法:回顾性分析26例妊娠中晚阑尾炎临床表现、诊断及治疗方式。结果:保守保胎痊愈占69.23%,流产占7.69%,平均住院14.5d。手术保胎痊愈占92.31%,流产占3.85%,平均住院8.1d。结论:中晚期妊娠急性阑尾炎及早手术保胎治疗是最佳选择。
Objective To discuss the dinical guiding values of pregnat appenduitis in metaphase and later peried. Methods To analyze the diagnoses and methods of pregnant appendicitix clinical manifestation in metaphase and later period by reviewing diagnosing and nethod. Results A：Byconservarive treatment fully recovery oecupiee. 69.23% abortion occupide 7.69%. The average hospitalized time is 14.5 days. B： Toprevent a miscaniage by surgery fully recovery occupied 92.31% abortion occupied 3.85%. The average hospital time is 8.1 days. Conclusion Eurly surgery is best choice to treat metaphase and later period pregnant apperdieitis.
