The variation of crystallinity of PEEKK samples treated at various temperatures has been studied by using wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD). Based on X-ray scattering intensity theory and by using the graphic multipeak resolution method,the formula of crystallinity (W_(c,x)) for PEEKK is derived.The results calculated are compatible with the density and calorimetry measurements.
