摘要
文章在探讨农村和谐社会模式的基本内涵及现存问题的基础上,就农村社会和谐的构建提出了以科学发展观为指导,坚持以人为本、发展为基、规划先行的基本思路。
Based on discussions on the basic intention and problems in the construction of harmonious society in the countryside of China, main principles of the construction was put forward, that is regarding scientific development view as guideline, insisting on human-oriented, development as the base and planning goes ahead, etc.
