摘要
目的探讨由输液泵控制全自动换血疗法的疗效及实用安全性。方法对重症黄疸新生儿22例采用末梢动、静脉留置针穿刺,形成封闭换血回路,由三输液泵控制速度,整个过程无需手动抽注操作。结果换血过程生命体征监测平稳安全,换血前平均血清总胆红素水平为563.27μmol/L,换血后为304.18μmol/L,总胆红素换出率为46.0%。结论三输液泵控制全自动换血疗法治疗新生儿重症黄疸实用安全,但需做好术中、后监护。
Objective To explore effect and safety of all - autoed exchange transfusion controlled by infusion pump. Methods Twenty- two neonates with severe hyperbilirubinemia were treated by all - autoed exchange transfusion, using peripheral arteries and veins cormected by stopcock, exehange transfusion eyele was controlled by infusion pump. Results After exehange transfusion, the mean serum bilirubin concentration decreased from 563.27 μmol/L to 304.18 μmol/L and the exehange rate of total bilirubin was 46.0%. Vital signs monitored and recorded was safety. Conclusion All - autoed exehange transfusion controlled by infusion pump is safe and effective for neonates with severe hyperbilirubinemia.
