摘要
目的:观察隔木香饼灸法对乳腺增生病的临床疗效;方法:选择96例乳腺增生病患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(36例),分别采用隔木香饼灸法和乳癖消贴膏外敷治疗,均治疗3个疗程,观察各组临床疗效,并分析治疗前后乳房症状、体征、乳房血流动力学指标、血清IL-2、IL-6的改变以及治疗方法与中医证型的相关性;结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组,隔木香饼灸法能够明显改善乳腺增生病的症状、体征,降低乳腺病变区的血流阻力指数,提高血清IL-2、IL-6水平,且本疗法对冲任失调型乳腺增生的疗效优于其他证型;结论:隔木香饼灸法治疗乳腺增生有明显疗效,这一疗效是通过改善乳房血运、调节机体免疫功能来实现的。
Objective:to in vestigate the curative effect of the Moxibustion with Muxiang cake therpy on the patients of mammary hyperplasia.Method:to divide randomly 96 cases of mammary hyerplasia into the treatment group(n=60)and the control group(n=36),and treat them through Moxibustion with Muxiang cake and Rupixiaotie ointment.The curative rate,the relief of clinical symptoms,the signal of hemoynamics and the level of IL-2 IL-6 were observed.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.66%,and it had a significant difference compared with that of the control group(P<0.01),the relief of clinical symptoms was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the blood signal and impedance index decreased and the level of IL-2 IL-6 increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion with Muxiang cake has a reliable curative effect o Mammary Hyperplasia.
