基于智能计算的齿轮CAD系统

摘要 为了尽可能减少齿轮设计中不确定因素造成的问题,提出了一种基于智能计算的齿轮CAD系统。本系统以材料选择专家系统为核心,利用智能计算中模糊逻辑和人工神经网络理论分别选出最佳材料类型和最优材料。通过迭代算法结合人工神经网络自动生成了齿轮各个参数,并实现了齿轮的优化设计。Delph i结合SQL Sever构建了系统的知识库,并提供了友好的用户设计环境。利用UG二次开发工具输出了齿轮的三维模型。 This paper presents a CAD system for gear design based on intelligent computation in order to minimize the problems brought by uncertainties in the process of gear design. This system focuses on material selection expert system in which the most suitable material type and the optimum material are selected respectively by employing the methods of fuzzy logic and artificial neural network in intelligent computation. Through combining iterative algorithm with artificial neural network, the gear parameters are determined automatically and the optimization of gear is realized. Delphi together with SQL Sever is used to construct tile knowledge base of the system and to provide user-friendly design environment. Finally, the 3D model of gear is produced using the second development tool of UG software.
