摘要
文章针对KAS1250管排锯存在的缺陷和不足,研究并设计了改造方案,对锯机液压系统的冷却器和水平夹紧装置进行了改造,大大提高了锯机定尺的精度,生产能力也大幅度提高。
In view of the defects and shortcomings of the KAS1250 pipe saw mill, an improvement scheme is designed. Modifications are made on the cooling device of the hydraulic system and the horizontal clamping device, and by means of which the accuracy of the sizing device and the production capability of the saw mill are greatly improved.
