摘要
开发区的建设在短期内完成了人口和产业的集聚,实现了跳跃性的增长。但由于开发区自身的性质和特点,在建设过程中暴露了诸多问题。文章将开发区的发展过程分为前期、中期、后期三个时段,讨论了开发区在各个时期内产业特点,空间形态与母城关系的演变过程。
In a short time, the industrial area completes the concentration of population and property and develop forward in a jumping mode. For the kinds and characteristics of itself, many problems have expend during the development of industrial area. This paper divides the process into three periods, prophase, metaphase, anaphase and discusses the evolvement of characteristies of industry, spaeial form, the relation with the mother city in every period.
