摘要
目的探讨活血复肾胶囊对慢性肾衰竭过程中微炎症状态的影响。方法采用腺嘌呤制作大鼠慢性肾衰竭模型，将大鼠分为3组：正常对照组（A组）10只、模型对照组（B组）10只、活血复肾胶囊治疗组（C组）10只，采用自身对照方法，观察3组大鼠治疗4周前后血肌酐，尿素氮，C-反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子的改变。结果B组存在肾功能损害，C-反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子明显增高。采用活血复肾胶囊治疗后C组与B组相比，C-反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子水平明显下降。结论在慢性肾衰竭大鼠模型中，存在微炎症状态；活血复肾胶囊可能具有调节慢性肾衰竭微炎症状态的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of huo xue fu shen capsule preparetion on the state of microinflammation in rat model of CRF. Method The rat model of chronic renal failure （CRF） were established by feeding Adenine. All animals were randomly divided into three groups： group A for normal colltrol rats（n = 10） ;group B for CRF rats（n = 6） ; CRF rats in group C wene treated by huo xue fu shen capsule preparation （n = 8）. bifore and after 4 weeks of treatment,the levels serum of total cholesterol; triglyderide, creatinine （Scr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, C-reactive protein （CRP） and tumor necrosis factor （TNF） were tested in all groups. Results The values of serum triglyderide, cholesterol,SCR,BUN,CRP and TNF in group B were higher than those in group A. After 4 weeks of treatment with huo xue fu shen capsule preparation, there was significant lowering of hyperlipermia, and the levels of CRP and TNF in group C were lower than those in group B. Conclusions Microinflammation store may present in CRF rats model. This experimental results indicate that there in the possible regulating effect of huo xue fu shen capsule preparation on the state of microinflammation in CRF rats.
