摘要
本文对我省白菖蒲精油化学成分进行了气相色谱分离及气相色谱质谱计算机分析,并通过NIH/EPA图谱集人工核对,确认了22个化学成分。又径岛津GC—7A对各成分进行定量,明确了在我们实验条件下白菖蒲精油中γ—榄香烯(42.51％),白菖烯为主要成分。
The essential oil of the fresh root of acorus calamus L. has been investigated by GC and GC/MS/DS method.Twenty two ing- redients were identified.The major components of the essential oil were γ—elixene(42.5％)calamene etc.
