摘要
本文在总结了文化旅游的基本属性与国内外主要开发模式的基础上,根据南京文化旅游的基础与开发现状,探讨了南京市文化旅游深度开发的模式与装点整合方向。
Cultural tourism has become the soul of the modern tourism. Cultural tourism resources are the essence of tourism and fundamental to the sustainable development of tourism in Nanjing. The culture tourism resources are preciousness regarded as one of the important tourism city in China. Nanjing has diverse cultural tourism resources and distinctive culture. There are 489 culture tourism resources. It is 84.3 percent of tourism resources in NangJing. There are 7 subtypes and 23 basic type relics, 13 subtypes and 78 basic type constructions. They are 60.6 percent and 69.18 percent of the culture tourism resources in NangJing. These are the fundamental of tourism development in NanJing. Stmunarizing the characteristics of cultural tourism and the major development models both at home and abroad, this paper explores the deep development models and the integration direction of cultural tourism in Nanjing based on its foundation and the state of the present development. The author suggests that six different development models can be employed according to different types of recourses and scenic areas in Nanjing： the integration- upgrading model, the original concentration model, the miniature model, the direct use model, the theme model, the short-term performance model. The good humanistic background and image of the cultural tourism can be established by combining cultural tourism and urban culture construction. The circle of the Wu Culture can be integrated and upgraded by promoting the regional cooperation in the scenic area of Yangtze River Delta.
