摘要
农业高校是我国高等教育的重要方面军,在建设创新型国家背景下,推进学科综合化发展,建立矩阵式学科组织结构,统筹实施人才、基地、项目战略,围绕国家区域发展目标凝练创新方向,加强国际科技合作,创新产学研有机结合模式,是增强自主创新能力、促进科技快速发展的战略选择。
Agricultural universities are an important sector in China＇ s higher education system. To strengthen their capability of independent innovativeness under the situation of building a new innovative country, agricultural universities should take the strategy of enhancing overall development of disciplines, building a matrix structure of subjects, concentrate innovative force according to the goal of regional development, promoting international cooperation and improving the model of integrating teaching, research and production.
