摘要
在分析了逆向物流的产生和特点的基础上,提出了企业在将逆向物流业务外包时的决策选择程序,阐述了外包的优势,指出传统供应商选择方法的不足,运用模糊评价和层次分析法对备选的第三方逆向物流企业进行了评价。
The generation and characteristics of reverse logistics were analyzed. The block diagram that could help enterprises decide whether outsourcing reverse logistics or not was presented, and the. advantages of outsourcing were explained. The disadvantage of traditional provider selection was pointed out,and the third party logistics providers were evaluated according to the fuzzy AHP method.
