摘要
可编程序控制器（ＰＬＣ）具有可靠性高、运用灵活方便、现场适应能力强等优点，被誉为加工工业自动化一大支柱。本文根据目前国内用于人造金刚石生产的六面顶液压机的工作状况、生产工艺要求，阐述了利用ＰＬＣ对其控制线路进行改造的情况，并对ＰＬＣ控制系统的组成，系统的保护作了简介，最后谈到了应用ＰＬＣ过程中的几点体会。
The programmable logic controller(PLC) has advantages of high reliability , easy operation and good on-site adaptability etc,thus it was praised as one of automation mainstays of processing industry.According to the operating situation of hexahedral head hydro-machine used currently for manufacturing of artificial diamond in China, including the requirements of manufacturing technology,the authors describe the reformation of the controlling circuit by use of PLC, make a brief introduction to the composition and protection of PLC controlling system, and say a few words about their experience in operation of PLC.
