摘要
平圩发电厂2号汽轮机存在低压缸转子次末级叶片设计和制造缺陷,高、中压缸通流能力不足、滑销系统膨胀不畅等重大缺陷。文章介绍了2号汽轮机通流改造方案和施工过程,并给出了详细的校核计算过程和数据。改造完成投入运行后经考核试验计算,供电煤耗率下降了13g/kWh。但还存在一些问题尚待解决,如:汽轮机热耗率比原设计值高;投顺序阀时对1、2号轴承瓦温、振动影响较大;高压缸通流面积过大,主汽压力低。
The design and manufacturing defects existed on the next to the last stage blade of low pressure cylinder rotor, and the insufficient flow capability and the unsmooth expansion of sliding pin system etc.maior defects existed in the high and intermediate pressure cylinders of No.2 steam turbine in Pingwei Power Plant.This paper gives an introduction to the retrofitting scheme and fabricating process of flow part of No.2 steam turbine and gives the detail checking and calculating process and data.The checking testings and calculation after the completion of retrofit and commissioning indicate that,the net coal consumption decreases by 13g/kWh, but some problems still exist,needing to be solved, such as:the corrected heat rate under the acceptance working condition of steam turbine is higher than the designed valne,the impacts of sequential valves commissioning on the No.1&2 bearing metal temperature and vibration are larger, the flow area of high pressure cylinder is too large,main steam pressure is low,affecting the efficiency of unit.
