摘要
根据我国木材需求总量与结构预测,提出应通过定向培育,大力发展速生丰产用材林、工业原料林及珍贵大径级用材林,特别是要加快现有中幼龄林的抚育步伐,以满足经济建设和人民生活的需求。并对商品林经营企业管理体制改革、发展商品林所需的资本渠道、商品林经营企业的经营形式、商品林经营企业科技队伍建设等问题进行探讨和研究。
On the basis of predication of the wood demand gross and structure of China and the real status of wood production, it is proposed that through the directional cultivation we should energetically develop the fast- growing and high- yield forest, forest for industrial raw material as well as large round- timber forest, particularly enhancing the thinning of middle age and young forests. Some suggestions for reform of administration system of commercial forest enterprises are put forward and the capital approach for developing commercial forests, running forms of commercial forest enterprises as well as the construction of sci - tech contingent of commercial forest enterprises are also discussed.
