摘要
简要介绍了低溶剂、低污染的高固体分航空涂料的发展概况。从高固体分涂料与常规溶剂型涂料的差异入手,分析了高固体分涂料涂膜流挂、橘皮、抽缩、缩孔等表面缺陷的成因。结合实际操作要求,从表面处理、喷涂设备、涂料调配、喷涂方式等方面总结了高固体分航空涂料操作的关键控制点。
This paper reviews the development situation of high-solid aviation coatings with low solvent content and low pollution. Basing on the difference between high-solid coatings and traditional solvent-borne coatings, it analyzes the reasons of film surface defect forming such as sagging, orange skin, casing and cratering and etc. and from practical operation demands, summaries key controlling points of the application basing on surface treatment, spraying equipment, coatings preparation and spraying methods.
