摘要
本文建立了同时考虑支承阻尼和转子外阻尼在内的弹性支承滑动轴承系统模型。通过对该模型的油膜稳定性计算,确定了第一和第二稳定性界限并划分了稳定区,从而证实了弹性支承滑动轴承系统上稳定区的存在;由此,提出一种解决滑动轴承油膜失稳的新方法,使轴承在上稳定区工作,并讨论了扩大上稳定区的具体措施。最后,文章通过应用实例说明了新方法的有效性。
The paper established a modal of bearing system supported by flexible support considering both support damp and rotor external damp. Through study of film stability of the modal the first stability limit and the second stability limit were determined and a stable region was divided, which confirmed existence of a upper stable region. Conseqently a new method to solve film stability problem was developed, that is to force bearing working in the upper stable region. Finally some measures to enlarge the region were discussed. In addition effectiveness of the method was illustrated by a practical example.
