Ximelagatran——Promises and Concerns
摘要
自从Link于腐烂的草木樨中发现维生素K（“凝血”）拮抗剂与牛的出血相关以来，最近60年这种物质一直是仅有的口服抗凝药物。维生素K拮抗剂如华法林最初是作为一种毒鼠药而发展起来的。这种药物已成功用于动静脉血栓栓塞的预防，具有广泛的临床指征，包括心房纤颤（atrial fibrillation，AF）、静脉血栓栓塞（venous thromboembolism，VTE）、冠状动脉病、某些矫形手术以及先天性或获得性血栓形成。
