摘要
本文采用APSP法制棉秆皮制浆,研究了不同化学预处理条件和打浆压力对打浆性能以及相应成纸物理强度的影响,分析了打浆度停滞期的原因和成纸物理强度的差异,得出棉秆皮浆适宜的打浆工艺。
The thesis applies the technique of APSP (alkaline peroxide screw pulp )on the cotton bast for pulping and the effect of different specific beating pressure and chemical treatment on the beatability of cotton bast pulp, and the physical strength of the paper are investigated. The results show the reason of the beating stagnation period and the difference of the paper physical strength, and putting forward the optimum process condition for the beating of cotton bast pulp.
