摘要 分析了地理信息系统(GIS)的特点,在此基础上研究并开发了一个基于组建式GIS的城市电网规划软件。介绍了该软件的总体结构和主要实现的功能,该软件用Delphi+Mapx开发,界面友好;实例计算表明,软件性能稳定、计算可靠、方便了规划人员的工作。 This paper analyses the characteristic of GIS, and develops software for urban power network planning. The software is based on component GIS, and programmed by Delphi and Mapx. The general structure and function of the software is also introduced. The software's interface is friendly, and it can work stably. An example shows that the software is practical.
