摘要
采用血液淋巴细胞大量制备了猪氟烷基因杂合子模板ＤＮＡ。在氟烷基因ＰＣＲ检测中将上述模板ＤＮＡ作为空白对照可以有效地监控样品制备。
The Hal gene heterozygotes template DNA in pigs was prepared from blood lymphocytes in large quantities.As acontrol,the templeate DNA can be used to monitor sample preparation,PCR amplication and digestion reaction in Hal gene types testing through PCR.
