摘要
将柔嫩艾美耳球虫与某些药物经鸡胚传代32代及巨型艾美耳球虫经鸡体早熟选育30代后.通过回鸡毒力试验,结果表明,实验虫株与亲本株相比,其毒力明显降低,具备用于制备球虫混合苗的必要条件.
in order to obtain attenuated strains of coccidia, Eimeria tenella were maintained by 20 consecutive passages in chicken embryos injected with selected drugs and Eimeria maxima were selected for precociousness through young chickens. The results suggested that attenuated strains were less pathogenic than the controls as indicated by significantly lower lesion scores in chicken on 8 days following challenge of infective oocysts.
