摘要
采用电沉积的方法制备了镍镀层,用CSEM纳米硬度计测得镀层的载荷-深度曲线,并计算出了镀层的应力-应变关系.结果表明:经过真空退火的样品,其杨氏模量与屈服强度减小,而经过激光热冲击的样品,其杨氏模量与屈服强度增大.
Nickel coatings were prepared by electrodeposition. The loading- depth curves were measured by CSEM nanoindentation, and the stress- strain relationships were calculated. It's indicated that the Young's modulus and yield strength of the sample alter annealing decreased but that of the sample after laser thermal shock increased.
