摘要
为克服一次性手术治疗肛周脓肿术后出现的轻度肛门失禁或锁眼样畸形，以及反复紧线过程中病人疼痛重的不足，我们采用低位切开，高位用橡皮筋虚挂，充分引流，亦即腔隙旷置，不勒断肛管直肠环，待腔隙肉芽长满后抽去橡皮筋,用此方法治疗肛周脓肿39例，均一次性治愈，随访1年未见复发。
The objective of this study was to overcome the shortcomings of slight fecal incontinence, keyhole shaped malformation and severe pain in the traditional way（due to repeated tighting silk） in the surgi- cal treatment of perianal abscess. The new surgical procedure included partial incision in the lower part, loose rubber string drainage（lacunae remaining, thorough drainage） in the upper part, keeping the anorectal ring not to be tightened to necrosis,and withdrawing the rubber string when granulations were generated to fill the lacuna. As results,all the 39 cases were cured primarily and no recurrence was found during one -year follow-up.
