Common Mode Coupling Current Circuits in PWM Motor Drives System Based on Different Grounding Method

摘要 分析了逆变器驱动电机系统中的共模电压、高频情况下电机内部的共模耦合通道以及共模电压在这些通道中产生的共模电流。详细分析了系统在不同接地情况下的共模电流的流向及其防护。电机双端轴承绝缘并且电机轴碳刷接地,可构成对轴承电流的最佳防护。 The common mode voltage in PWM motor drive system, common mode coupling circuits in conduction motor under high frequency and the common mode currents induced by the common mode voltage were analyzed. The flow direction and protection of common currents under different grounding method were analyzed in detail. The optimal protection for bearing current was reached by the insulation of both ends of bearing and grounding of carbon brush of motor shaft.
