Drought Resistance of Prunus humilis by Phncipal Component Analysis

摘要 在干旱条件下,对红花、大叶白花、中叶白花、小叶白花4种变异类型的欧李进行了10项生理指标的测定,利用主成分分析法对抗旱性进行评定。结果表明,欧李的抗旱性受多因子影响,在二维主成分坐标上,4种变异类型的欧李抗旱性可分为3类,红花欧李抗旱性较强,大叶白花欧李抗旱性较弱,小叶白花和中叶白花欧李抗旱性介于上述二者之间。抗旱性从强到弱的排序为:红花欧李、小叶白花欧李、中叶白花欧李,大叶白花欧李。 There are four dissimilating types of Prunus huznilis:red flowered,big-ger leaf- white flowered, mid leaf- white flowered,smaller leaf- white flowered.Thephysiological data of the four types were determined under drought stress.Drought re-sistance was evaluated by the principal componeiit analysis method.The results indicatedthat the drought resistance was affected by many factors and the factors can be classifiedinto 3 types.The ability of combating drought for the four types was put into order:redflowered,smaller leaf- white flowered, mid leaf- white flowered, bigger leaf- whiteflowered.
