摘要
介绍了有机硅泡沫材料的国内外发展历史及现状,讨论了采用固体法和液体法制备有机硅泡沫材料时原材料的筛选、制备过程中的化学反应及制备工艺,进行了对比分析;并对有机硅泡沫材料的性能及用途进行了评述,指出具有突出耐高低温性、减震阻尼性、憎水性和生理惰性等特性的有机硅泡沫材料将在航空航天领域中有着重要的应用前景。
The history and update status of silicone foam at home and aboard are introduced in this article. The choice of materials, chemistry reaction and technics of preparation process of liquid and solid methods are discussed. The performance and the use of silicone foam are also illuminated. It is pointed out that this silicone foam with high and low temperature resistance, damping, water proof and inherent inertia will be highly promising in aviation and space flight area.
