摘要
本文主要对绿茶的成分及保健功能进行了研究,并对利用绿茶为辅助原料生产保健绿茶啤酒的生产工艺和工艺参数进行了探讨和总结。
The constituents of tea and the healthy function were studied,and the producing technology of tea beer to use tea as auxiliary raw material was discussed and generalized.
