乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子与增殖细胞核抗原的表达及临床病理意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)组织中的表达及其与临床病理的相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测43例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织及其癌旁正常乳腺组织中VEGF和PCNA的表达。结果VEGF、PCNA在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的阳性表达率为72.10%和83.72%,癌旁正常乳腺组织中则为23.26%和18.60%,两者在IDC和正常乳腺组织中的阳性表达差异均有显著性(P<0.01);VEGF的阳性表达与乳腺癌病理学分级、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01,P<0.05),PCNA的阳性表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),但两者的表达均与病人年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。结论VEGF、PCNA的同时表达有助于乳腺癌病理诊断;亦可将其作为有无淋巴结转移的生物学标志,对判断预后和术后的治疗有一定的指导意义。 Objective To study the expressions of VEGF and PCNA in infiltrating ductal carcinoma (IDC), and the correlation with cliniopathological. Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P method was employed to detect the expression of VEGF and PCNA in IDC and the normal breast tissue beside the carcinoma. Results The positive rates of VEGF and PCNA in IDC were 72. 10% and 83.72% respectively. The positive rates of VEGF and PCNA in normal breast tissue were 23.26% and 18.60% respectively. There were significant difference of the positive expression VEGF and PCNA between IDC and normal breast tissue (P〈0.01). The positive expression of VEGF were correlated with the pathological differentiation and lymph node status (P 〈0.01, P〈0.05). The positive expression of PCNA were correlated with the lymph node status (P〈0.05). Conclusion High expression of VEGF and PCNA were helpful for pathological diagnosis, they might be biological markers for lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma.
