摘要
目的 探讨钢板内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效.方法 23例尺骨鹰嘴骨折,切开复位采用钢板内固定,术后进行合理的肘关节功能锻炼.结果 所有患者均获得10～18个月随访,平均12个月.按Aitken和Rorabeck标准进行肘关节功能评定：优11例,良8例,可4例.结论 切开复位钢板内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折可获得良好疗效,有效减少并发症发生.
Objective To explore the treatment effect of olecranon fractures by open reduction and internal fixation with plate. Methods Twenty-three patients with fractures olecranon were treated by open reduction, plate fixation and rational function exercises. Results All the patients were followed up for 10 ～ 18 months, 12 months on average. According to the criteria of Aitken and Rorabeck, the function recovery was excellent in 11 cases, good in 8 and fair in 4. Conclusions Open reduction and plate internal fixation is an effective treatment option for olecranon fractures with good functional outcome and low incidence of complications.
