摘要
目的 评估自身增强可吸收全螺纹拉力钉钉体与固定棒组合治疗股骨头骨折近期疗效.方法 对26例股骨头骨折患者采用可吸收自身增强内固定.结果 随访22～48个月,26例均得到满意复位固定,骨折均愈合.结论 可吸收性植入物内固定治疗股骨头骨折具有优越性.
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of absorbable self-reinforced polylactic acid（SR-PLLA） in the treatment of femoral head fracture. Methods 26 cases of femoral head fracture were treated with SR-PLLA fixation. Results All cases were followed up for 22 ～ 48 months （ average 36 months）. All of the 26 cases got excellent reduction and fixation and bone union. Conclusions Internal fixation with SR-PLLA＇s implants in treatment of the femoral head fracture provides certain advantages.
